Airports like Boston-Logan are intertidal zones of chaos - feeding grounds for a global flux of matter and ideas. High tide occurs at 8am. In "Coasts", glass form serves as an acoustical body and projection surface for this steady-state flux, filtering sound and light simultaneously.
